Many countries around the world do not have these freedoms. The fabric of American history demonstrates that the freedoms afford us as citizens to vote came at a very high price during the 18th and 19th centuries. No matter what your personal convictions are, or the political party which you choose to support, it is important for you as a Citizen of this country to exercise your rights to Vote.

What is your inspirational vision, what is your inner banner? You must create your inspirational vision. Your personal inspirational vision is viewing your change goals and your end-game in your minds-eye. It is a skill-set which is not used frequently to its fullest potential nor capacity. We are not taught to envision what we want and methodically map-out the road map to achieve it.
When formalizing a vision statement that reflects your uniqueness keep these elements in mind and use them as a checklist:
- Project in the future.
- Focus on success and use the present tense.
- Use clear, concise, jargon-free language.
- Infuse it with passion and make it inspiring to you.
- Align it with your personal values and end-game goals.
- Have a plan to communicate your vision statement to anyone who will listen.
- Be prepared to commit time and resources to the vision you have establish.

HBCU Festival Day 2020
Festival Day was extraordinary! The Gaylord National Harbor, MD., hosted well over 12,000 Students and Parents from all over the United States.
The atmosphere was flowing with excitement and anticipation of families planning for their next step in the academic process. This podcast was recorded on location and shares some of the events of the day, conversations with entrepreneurs who provided their personal experiences, and services information about their product lines.

Crystal Williams is the Founder and President of The First Suit Project, Inc., 501c3 and CEO of the “YOU” Brand Academy.
Crystals’ organizations mission is to fully equip students that attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities with the appropriate business attire and other resources that will enhance their “Personal Brand” as they enter the Corporate world. Her passionate belief is, no student should have to wear poorly fitted clothing that diminishes your Personal Brand, the “YOU” brand.
TFSP’s philanthropic efforts are geared toward educating students by providing mentorship programs which emphasize the importance of Personal Branding; specifically, visual branding and interviewing skills. Their grassroots level and corporate fundraising efforts provide a supplemental education of soft-skills which are not taught in a general or traditional academic curriculum.
