Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, is an annual international health campaign organized by various Charities dedicated to increase awareness, research and financial commitment to the eradication of breast cancer.

The Substance of Life Podcast proudly joins these organizations by providing information to our listeners during the month of October to increase awareness of the disease and to share candid survivor stories and information about breast cancer resources on prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.

Our 2019 campaign is very personal to our Podcast Producer, she has designed this segment as a tribute to her Mother-in-law, Ms. Mildred Mann-Mackey, who was a 25 year breast cancer survivor. 

We invite our Podcast family of supporters to do more than just wear pink in this campaign during the month of October. We hope that you participate in the conversation by supporting Breast Cancer charities in your local area and share the information within our Podcast with others.
